Don DeGraaf and his team of City Home Decorators Ltd. painted the entire interior of my condominium apartment in November, 2014. From the outset I was impressed by the helpful and business-like manner in which he noted my instructions and made suggestions about repairs, colours, etc. I was given a written estimate that detailed costs and stated when and how the job would proceed.
The preparation that he and his helper did was thorough and brought a somewhat aging living space up to scratch, so that when the painting was complete, I felt as though I were moving into something 'brand spanking new'! All surfaces not to be painted were well protected, which meant that there were no drips and spatters to clean up once the job was finished. The place was left in move-in condition. The work was not considered 'finished' until any slight discrepancies had been addressed and I was completely satisfied. It was a pleasure to employ someone with such high standards.
